About NxLevel Vacations, or should I say Me.....
NxLevel Vacations was an idea I had one night when I sat frustrated about the way a booking went with a person who cared less about me and my trip and more about the money they could make selling me extras or things that were not even relevant. My focus then became trying to find someone who cared about my vacation; not their commission. As you might have guessed by the fact that I am now in this business, I couldn't find anyone.
So here I am. I have a full time job outside of selling Vacations which pays my bills and thus relieves the need to sell that extra or that upgrade you do not need. The commission is also the last item on my mind. In fact if, you choose to book on your own after emailing or speaking to me I won't get all upset and black list you like some agents may. Frankly I feel the purpose of going on vacation is to get rid of the stressors, not add to them.
Many of you are most likely asking why, in the age of the internet and the age of do it yourself, would I book through a travel agent? Or why anyone would go in business dealing with travel or vacations? Well the answer is simple. What happens when you have a question or more importantly multiple questions? The answer, most of the time for those who book on their own can be time consuming, calling or emailing the company or companies who they booked through and hoping they get a real human, not an automated emailer.
On your next vacation or even the one you have already planned, let me bring it to the NxLevel and and let me try and answer some of your questions and do the hard work of trying to get answers to what the insiders will not always tell you.
